Birgitta Homburger’s work always stresses a clear and holistic definition of the aesthetics, which either consciously respond to the artist’s work or respectfully step back. This process includes a careful selection and balancing of images to tell stories and give the catalogue cultural depth. Her design also goes hand in hand with the selection of haptic qualities: paper, printing and finishing are chosen to match the respective project. In addition to print production, Birgitta Homburger often takes the lead in the production of imagery: developing the style and set up of photo productions together with photographers and editors.
